I am 60 years old. My wife, Lynn, and I have 4 daughters: Natalie, Natasha, Phylicia and Olivia. Natalie is a junior at Emory and Henry College. Natasha is a sophomore at Bridgewater College. Phylicia will be attending Davis and Elkins College this fall. Their youngest sister, Olivia, is a sophomore at Pickens School. I have lived in West Virginia my entire life with the exception of the first six months as my father was attending RCA Electronics school in Cleveland, Ohio.

Lynn and I are presently teachers at Pickens School, the smallest public school in the state of West Virginia with a mere 44 students from kindergarten through grade 12. Lynn teaches all the secondary mathematics, and I teach all the science. I received a BA degree in Physics—General Science from West Liberty State College and a Masters in Educational Computing from the University of Charleston.

I own and operate Century Photo, a photography and video business which I started in 1972. I am the media producer and archives webmaster for Call To Decision Ministries, a non-denominational Christian ministry. Call To Decision is a central part of our family's life. We have produced five seminars with world-renowned speakers from Maine to Alaska and from Canada to Texas. The ministry has an extensive outreach across the nation and around the world. We have produced over 500 hour-long Bible Studies, Current Events and Christian News and Views programs of which several hundred have appeared on Elkins/ Randolph County cable access television.

The Call To Decision fellowship is committed to studying, understanding, and living a Christian life as outlined in the Holy Bible. When one is committed to Christian principles, one often finds oneself at odds in a decaying society. I have been led to take several stands which garnered national attention.

On December 24, 2000, the West Virginia Supreme Court ruled that I be re-instated as a school teacher following my dismissal for refusing to enforce students wearing barcoded IDs at Elkins High School. The Rutherford Institute provided my defense on grounds of religious freedom.

On August 8, 2008, Pastor Butch Paugh, his brother Richard, and I became the first holders of non-biometric West Virginia driver's licenses. After an eight year ordeal of petitioning and refusing to surrender biometric facial images for state-and-beyond criminal database entry, the Governor, Joe Manchin, directed the West Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles to accommodate our convictions. The state simply stores a printed copy of our driver's license in Charleston.

I credit Jesus and the Call To Decision fellowship for the spiritual foundation, my parents for a good solid upbringing, my family for support, and the founders of this country for the opportunity, for any success I have had or will ever have in the future.

I am presently the 2010 Constitution Party candidate for Congress from the 2nd West Virginia congressional district. I recently secured a sufficient number of petitions for third party ballot access. This is the first time since 1982 that a third party candidate made West Virginia ballot access for U.S. House of Representatives.

I serve God, family, and country in that order. The New World Order is an anathema to everything I believe in. That is what motivates me to pursue political office.
